Insulated Scaffolding which are made by fiberglass reinforced plastic, are used for live line inspection at Power substation.

1.2 Plat : Insulation board.
1.3 Strengthen Bar: Foam filled fiberglass tube in Orange.
1.4 Joint Part:High Aluminium Alloy

2.1 It is made by foam filled tube,so that can keep the moisture out .
2.2 It can be used up to 800KV.
2.3 High Mechanical resistant to bending and twist
2.4 It can be afford 300KG weight.
2.5.High Resistant to bad weather and corrosion element
2.6 easy to assemble and to move.

Packing and Shipping:
Packaging
1.Insulated scaffolding should be wrapped in bubble wrap or foam padding to protect it from any bumps or jolts during transport.
2.The scaffolding should be placed into a box that is big enough to fit it. The box should be lined with additional bubble wrap or foam padding.
3.The box should be securely sealed with packing tape to ensure it remains closed during transport.
4.The box should be clearly labeled with the recipient’s address and the words “Fragile” and “Handle With Care”.
Shipping
5.Insulated scaffolding should be shipped via a reliable carrier that offers tracking. This will allow you to easily track the package and ensure it is delivered safely.
6.If available, the package should be insured for its full value in case of any damage during shipping.
7.Once the package is ready to be shipped, it should be sent to the recipient as soon as possible.
